Base Mac and Cheese

1Warm up some water on the stove or in the microwave.water

2You only need enough water to cover the dried macaroni (or any pasta shape) .dried macaroni (or any pasta shape): 170 g

3To a hot pan add the dried macaroni.

4Immediately follow it with warmed-up water and salt to taste.salt

5Add just enough water to cover the pasta and bring to a boil.

6Stir the pasta occasionally until the water has reduced and the pasta is cooked through.

7With the water reduced into a starchy substance, turn down the heat to low.

8Add the fat-free evaporated milk , white cheddar cheese powder , and velveeta american cheese .fat-free evaporated milk: 75 g, white cheddar cheese powder: 14 g, velveeta american cheese: 2 slices

9Cook while stirring until the sauce thickens to your liking.

10You can tweak the consistency of your mac and cheese by adding more evaporated milk if needed.
